Thor has the power of Grayskull, and He-Man has the Odin Force. Thor has his hammer and He-Man has his Sword.

then he proceeds to become uber muscular he-thor and he stomps magic-weilding adam (which he-man will become if you remove the power of grayskull from him and swap it with the odinforce.)
