DD avoids bullets like a mofo, has good strength and is agile as a ****ing super-cat.

Pretty sure SS's martial art's are better than DD's, and he was hopping all over the place as well. He was super accurate with shuriken's, and he was an awesome sword fighter, not just decent. He was also a good marksman.

DD can dodge anything that SS can throw. However, can the Billy Cane withstand against two katanas?

IDK man... SS can bounce shit off walls. I didn't watch movie Bullseye do that except when he killed htat lady with a peanut. And I highly doubt the Cane can withstand his katanas, and he's still not as good as a martial artist as SS.
