G would kill him easy. His powers are too much. Also, he has easily pimp slapped SS who can move million of times faster than light speed (yes millions of times on panel see Infinity Guantlet if you need further proof) so I don't see speed alone beating him.

Flash is MUCH FASTER than Surfer...when he reaches into speedforce, he becomes more than just fast but rather extradimensional which is how he is able to timetravel, something Surfer can't do.

Surfer can travel through time via speed and has done it on panel! See his fight with Durok (spelling) for further info. I am aware of what flash can do, but hitting G with a bunch of infinite mass punches isn't going to do it.
As far as I know, Galactus has cosmic awareness beyond the Silver Surfer's, Captain Marvel's, and hell, I'm even gonna say Lobo. Galactus is beyond physical means. Like I've said before, he's not just some big guy; he's the balance of the universe, and an essential part of it as well. Even if Flash could win, without Galactus, the universe is no more.
Universe - Galactus = 0, nada, zip, zilch... etc.
For years, he's been shortchanged by bad writing, but if you read a bit of Annihilation, you'd see that Galactus is back to his former glory.
Surfer can wade through time like it were a kiddie pool. Jesus, get some info.
That said, Galactus can CASUALLY endow a NORMAL human-level being (Norrin Rad) with the power to travel hundreds of times the speed of light without breaking a sweat. Imagine the kind of speed Galactus could endow himself with if he so chose. People often say that the Surfer has one percent of Galactus' power. Well...imagine a hundred times the Surfer's speed. 😱
Besides that, anyone wanna show me the BEST flash feats, on panel? Most of them get exaggerated. Like the one in which he saved X many people in .0001 seconds or whatever. Everyone wants to do the actual math when it's not needed - the writer TOLD us that the Flash was going just under light speed, hence, doing the MATH to figure that out is ignorant.
That would be like us trying to find a function to model the volume of each object a character lifts, and applying a density to it, in order to find the weight, when the writer might just say "The three ton rock."
Is it actually appropriate to assume the writer is wrong? 😬.
Alright, well, another of the Flash's greatest feats was beating instantaneous travel. The feat in which he was utilizing not only HIS speed, but the speeds of TONS of other speedsters as well.
