I liked Ob-wan in A New Hope, he was pretty cool. In ROTS he is going to kick major ass though.

ROTS Obi right after the Anakin fight is by far the strongest. He has by this time, defeated Darth Maul (a full on sith), Grevious (who is badass), and the Chosen one Anakin at his prime, as well as been through the clone wars and is recognized as one of the legends of the clone wars.
I don't think spirit obi wan has any real powers, other then power of influence.
ROTS Obi is the man.

so the one in the OT is still the one that beat Maul/Grievous/Anakin
