Happened before..and even with CIS and PIS, Apocalypse still had the upper hand though the fight was very short.

Knocked him to the ground once = upper hand? That means about as much as Loki blasting him and sending him flying off his feet. Frankly, I'm hard-pressed to read that fight as anything other than a demonstration of Loki being superior to his Celestial technology and him.

^ Shot him down? What scans are you looking at? Loki wrecked his vaunted Celestial technology. Fighting in Apocalypse's own lair with assistance from Caliban and failing... sounds like Apocalypse to me.
