Kyp does not have any feats to put him any close to Luke or Solo twins.
Pulling dovin basal black hole is not impressive at all.
In Dark Tide book Luke fought 3 Yuuzhan Vong one at a time. He killed one of them by throwing stones with TK other wise it was fairly short lightsaber fight and it got him exhausted:
Luke leaned heavily on his nephew. "We have to get to the ship."Jacen hugged his right arm around Luke's waist. "What's wrong? Did they hurt you?"
"No, Jacen, it's just that..." Luke's chest heaved with exertion. "It's just that using that much of the Force, using it that directly, is exhausting. A Jedi may be able to control and use a great deal of the Force, but there is a price, a fearful price. Hurry, we have to go, quickly."
He pulled black hole in the same book:
He traced its edges, knew exactly where it was, and knew how powerful it was.He opened himself to the Force more fully than he had in years. He sought more power than he had when freeing his nephew. The Force flooded into him, at once molten-metal hot, yet as soothing as a cool rain. It swirled through him, filling every cell of his body, freeing him from fatigue, sharpening his mind.
Luke reached out with that power and latched onto the void that the Yuuzhan Vong vehicle had created.
It is out of question that Luke is in very bad shape in this book. He got tired after killing only three Vong, no wonder he collupsed after pulling the black hole. In comparison at the end of NJO series he killed countless Vong in Shimra citadel including Slayers, pulling dovin black hole would be an easy task for him at that time.
Later Luke did far more impressive feat than pulling black hole:
Once the illusory skins were in place, he carefully adjusted them, drawing the masking image tight against the hull here, pushing the counterfeit out a little there. The effort of maintaining both illusions began to deplete the energy running through him, so Luke opened himself up completely, using his fear for Ben's life, his anger at the insects that were threatening it, to draw more Force into himself. Every centimeter of his body began to nettle with its sting, and a faint aura arose from his skin.
...
Luke continued to maintain both illusions, the Force pouring through him like fire, burning more fiercely every moment. He was drawing more energy than his body was conditioned to endure, literally burning himself up from the inside. It was not really a dark side act-to a modern Jedi, the dark side was more a matter of intent than deed-but it felt that way to him. According to Mara, this was what happened to Palpatine, and Luke believed her. He could feel himself aging-his cells weakening, the membranes growing thin and the cytoplasm simmering, the nuclei coming apart.
The air around him began to crackle with static.
...
Luke's skin felt as dry as a Tatooine lake, and tiny haloes of golden light were starting to appear around his fingertips.
...
Luke let the illusions drop and slumped into his chair, his skin prickling and his hair standing on end as the last of the Force energy left his body.
...
Feeling in danger of doing just that, Luke started to rise - then caught a glimpse of himself in the mirrored section of canopy. His face was puffy and wrinkled, his skin sallow and dry, his eyes sunken and baggy and rimmed in red. He was starting to look like Palpatine.
This as you see is far more demanding feat that he even looked like Palpatine after that and it didn't make him lose consciousness.
And that's not his prime either. Later he replicated this illusion feat again:
Luke opened himself wide to the Force, and it began to pour into him from all sides, filling him with a tempest of power until his entire body was suffused with its energy. Using the same technique he had used to saveJade Shadow from the Dark Nest's attack at Qoribu, he formed a mental image of theDR919a 's exterior and expanded it into the Force, moving it from his mind out into the cockpit.
...
Tarfang snarled a sharp reply, but by then Luke was too focused on his task to hear C-3PO's translation. He had extended the image of theDR919a into every corner of the vessel and was holding it there, taking his time and drawing into the image all the attributes that made up the transport's sensor signature. The effort wearied him a little, but he ignored his fatigue and expanded the illusion until it covered the entire ship like an imaginary skin.
...
Luke brought to mind another image of the transport, this time with a stringy blue veneer that resembled the gas shell around them. Instead of drawing theDR919a 's sensor signature, however, he backed the image with a layer of cold emptiness.Maintaining both illusions began to drain him, and he no longer had the energy to suppress the cold ache in his stomach. The chill began to seep through his body.
...
Luke could barely spare the effort to throw a pleading look in Han's direction. The Force was pouring through him like fire, and it was all he could do to keep the two illusions intact.
...
Luke continued the illusion's gentle turn, keeping it well ahead of its attackers and drawing them farther away. His skin felt dry and papery, and waves of heat were rolling through his body as the cytoplasm inside his cells began to boil. He did not let up. During the past year, he and Jacen had been working on overload techniques, so he knew could endure the pain and fatigue almost indefinitely. His body would pay a steep price, aging a year in a matter of minutes, but he knew he would not collapse.
It is clearly evident that Luke was in a bad shape, when he pulled dovin basal and that he improved a lot since. Assumption that Kyp would be able to take out Jaina with Force, when he doesn't compare to Luke or Caedus even in the slightest is laughable at best.
