Very little info on the ancient Sith as of now.
Aside from the handful of ancient Sith who were mentioned in the RoS VD, there's also Lord Momin, who had mastered very esoteric, and previously unseen, dark side abilities(like how to permanently freeze time on a global scale, and how to achieve temporal resurrection) -- but that was all accomplished through tech he built to focus the dark side. Momin himself was stated to be far inferior to the likes of Vader.
There's also Darth Atrius, whose rage/hatred was trapped in his lightsabers when he died. His essence was so powerful that anyone who held the sabers was essentially possessed by them, and entered a heightened bloodlust-mode(even Vader.)
Aftermath also references ancient Sith having the ability to siphon the lifeforce from others, but said Sith were not named directly.
