The Dewback is gonna run away from the Bantha, they generally don't go up against things bigger than they are.

If they have to fight, then...well the Bantha has both a considerable height and weight advantage...moreso the weight, it can pretty much crush the Dewback with its body. Nevermind the horns, the Dewback isn't gonna be able to take as much punishment as the Bantha.
