Look, Despero puts up a fight, but Thanos is more versatile, smarter and with more durability, he will win as Captain America would win against Nightwind.

Also, Angel Super Girl is Thanos level now?

No. At best Despero is a top tier herald lv character. He won't be defeating Thanos, especially considering Thanos is fairly skilled himself at Despero's trump card.
