The wishing well obviously is a power source since a simple wish brought back the entire dark dimension. Why would it read as 0? Gambit picking up the gem of Cytorrak, Batman grabbing a GL ring, this isnt a true testament of power output. Monica can simply wish every human on earth cease to exist and it would happen. His physical punching force was used to make the measurement of Herc. It's up to you to prove that Hercules gets an additional magical amp when punching. When you do that, I want you to prove that this happens with everyone who's reading was measured in Hercs.
Every wish each of them made took away the from the Hercs/wishing well power...at the end, Red She Hulk asked how much juice she had left from the wishing well and when she made her final wish, it dropped it down to zero.

The power from the wishing well. It cant be anything else except that. This same water, Tyrannus and Red She Hulk was about to drink it before it was made into wishing well water. It's the same water Tyrannus use to keep himself immortal.

It can be posted in there just like the numerous of post that was presented proving World Forger isnt Abstract level in power but it wont mean a thing at the end of the day because people will still have their opinion.

A herc is "equivalent to the maximum amount of enegy Hercules could expend in one blow". So it is very much tied to Hercules' strength. Because of his mystical nature, Cosimo was able to measure the energy from his max output. This unit of measurement in turn was applied to all things mystical in nature even in a nonsensical way.
When Cosimo measured 17.34 hercs on an amped Foom, one can say that he was able to do what roughly 17 Hercules was able to do(silly ad it may seem).... I say roughly because this is some pseudo science bullshiet. Pak was literally spelling it out when he coined the term hercs. He went even further and applied this term on other more esoteric magic sources no matter how nonsensical it may look.
Your other explanations on tanking wishing well magic and such is off...
