No Avada Kedavra or BFR? Well then HPverse is going to get demolished. Using crucio on a thing that big is a bad idea because it will spasm and smash things accidentally in its pain so one crucio = couple of dead stupid wizards that got taken by surprise from falling wreckage, provided that Crucio even affects him in the first place. Now as for the psychological effect...Godzilla is a monster that the HP verse has never encountered before so their first moves so most of the wizards would either panic and shoot useless stunning spells at it or if they are level-headed, they may try to cast major protective shields which takes a lot more time than the time Godzilla needs to charge up a nuclear beam and fire it. Fiendfyre? Godzilla has tanked nukes and Desghidorah's hellfire so fiendfyre would be more or less a tickle to him. Transfiguration is a big no-no because it simply wouldn't work. So Godzilla destroys Hogwarts from the outside with a few simple beams before proceeding to finish off the rest of HP verse. The imperius curse would be useless as well since Godzilla's will is very strong as shown in the movies, possibly stronger than Harry. Godzilla wins though not by a stomp.
