I have no qualms about killing someone, if necessary, in real life (self defense). In a hypothetical situation I can completely give in to my inner supervillain.
Actually, as you'll be killing a supervillain, you'd be saving countless lives, at worst you would be an anti-hero ala the Punisher.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.

I'm not just talking about being unwilling to kill someone, tho. It's having the balls to pull the trigger up close without exhibiting basic human responses due to fear/stress when put in a life-or-death, kill-or-be-killed scenario. Responses that a trained eye and a suspicious nature would not doubt pick out in a crowd.

No. Bruce and Delph have been locked in an eternal struggle between the Alpha Male and the Super Villain of Real Estate as he expands his empire across the globe.
Which is why I picked the sniper route, she can hardly see me sweating if I'm several hundred yards away.

If this happens in the real world then killing BW would see very easy.
The speed of gravity is almost instant in comics. That is why Spidey can bounce around like flash tagging Hulk and such. And non speedforce characters can run very fast ignoring the speed of gravity. In real world, the moment someone leaps (as in jumping or running) then it would take a long time to land (since acceleration of gravity is only 9.8m/s^2). Thus aim dodging bullets would be almost impossible from close range with a machine gun or competent shooter.
Forget shooting, I think Poison is the best Option.
1) In a world of Criminals, hiring someone to disable all power in a building and to pick locks should be exceptionally cheap, so getting in and out of her house when you know she is gone to poison her food shouldn't be that difficult.
2) If for some unknown reason, poisoning her food at home isn't an option you can assume she regularly eats out a few times in a week. With you knowing her tendencies, finding a way to poison her meal in the kitchen shouldn't be an impossible (kidnap chef's family and force him to help poison her meal)
*I suspect in a criminal world, obtaining a tasteless, odorless poison that kills in a single bite of food wouldn't be very tough to acquire
