Yes there has been. All of Sawsgay's wounds have been healed and he's had enough time to decide what he wants to do, as well as reuntie with the rest of team snake(**** Kishi for completely skipping the Suigetsu/Kisame fight.).
If you want to be real specific there was one at the beginning of Shippuden because it took them three days to get to the Sand from Konoha. And who knows how long Sasuke was out. There's always places where it doesn't show everything that happens but it wasn't really a time skip like Naruto from Shippuden.

looks like itachi throughout sasuke's upbringing has been giving him techniques with that head poke thing (IMO), when itachi learns something he gives it to sasuke with that poke.
but there is one thing i dont like about sasuke now. he isnt using the MAIN technique of the shaaringan, which is copying ninjutsu, in his fights against people. it looks like that main aspect of the shaaringan is being completely forgotte, and the new mangelyo is slick
copy whom though? "hawk" and akatsuki ninja have jutsu that i guess he can copy so to speak but they require more than just mimicry.
for example deidara's body seems to be either a kekkei genki or a clan thing(plus he lacks the special clay), and suigetsu's body is probably hard to replicate.
i don't see sasuke reproducing deidara moves without major modifications to his body, but then again he does have orochimaru's jutsu/dna in him so i guess it isn't impossible.
what about the raasengan, what about sakura's taijutsu, what about suigetsu and kisame's sword skill, what about kisame's water jutsus. what im saying is that before, a lot of ths shaaringan fights used to be based on move copying, now they arent, and the precognitive aspect of the shaaringan is also being downplayed post time skip. also, sasuke doesnt have the cursed seal anymore, and that thing lookes super cool on him. oh well, i guess the new mangekyo is gonna have to make up for it.
who knows, the resengan could be a kekkei genki, after all only jiraiya, minato, and naruto possess it and they are all related of sorts and the light color/shaggy hair is also common, plus jiraiya is naruto's "grandfather". just speculation but the resengan looks to me to be a family trait.
oh yeah my mistake, i just receltly saw the anime episode where kakashi was teaching naruto the shadow clone speed teaching method and the anime had kakashi do a raikeri instead of a resengan? maybe kishimoto retconned it or it was an honest mistake.
Sasuke never copied abilities. The only time he did was when Kakashi told him to copy Lee and gave him chidori. He always used his own clan's fire style along with taijutsu. Now he's started to use genjutsu, taijutsu, and creating his own electric moves. That's one thing I like about Sasuke. He isn't a copy ninja for the most part. Well and Lee's taijutsu once just because he was really weakened and couldn't use chakra.

he learnes chidori in two days, he used his sharingan to learn it. kakachi only had to teach him HOW to use element manipulation. im assuming he also learned a lot of urochimaru's snake techniques with the shaaringan.
Yea like I said the only things he copied and used was what Kakashi trained him to fight Gaara with. How many other times has he copied a jutsu? He doesn't use anything but taijutsu, and fire style for the longest time in Naruto until he got chidori. And even then it was fire style, taijutsu, and chidori if he could. Now it's chidori variations, taijutsu, and genjutsu sometimes. He's not a copy ninja. Sure he probably has copied every technique he seen but he never uses them. Kakashi is the only one who makes full use of the copy ability really.

All his wounds were healed in the last page of chapter 401 and he was in the exact same position in 402, did he just stand there for a few days? If you mean during Madara's talk with him then yea time did pass, hours or days who knows but I don't understand why you would call it a time skip.
I did like Sasuke at one time...during the time he stopped being so obsessed with his brother and became nicer which was around the chunnin exams. It's his betraying Konoha and Naruto that made me loathe him. And he's not getting any better to me.
