This Godzilla met a giant rock, blew a piece of it off, and revealed a flying saucer. It released it’s lifeform, Orga, who mixed it’s DNA with Godzilla’s. They fought, and when Orga tried to swallow Godzilla to completely be him, it lost it’s head. Godzilla walked away. More to come...

This is the most powerful monster yet. He can shoot out a massive heat beam more powerful than anything ever seen. It is even more powerful than the one from burning Godzilla, and without the risk of a meltdown. Not only can he destroy everything in site with his thermonuclear breath, but some of the old Godzilla has popped back. He is tail whipping and biting things once again. He is also smarter, allowing himself to be swallowed to blow up the enemy from the inside (sounds like Men In Black to me). He is also still slow, but not as slow as the Heisei Godzilla. This Godzilla combines the best of the old and the new, making the ultimate Godzilla. This is the one that will be mainly focused on for a while.

And FYI, I never stated Godzilla was weak, he's just as unbelievable as some of the DC/Marvel Universe, however, there are more unbelievable characters out there.

Godzilla's breath is hotter than the Sun? So? Lucifer stands at ground zero of an explosion powerful enough to destroy the universe, and he doesn't even get singed. Etrigan has been bathed in Hell-fire (routinely, since he is a demon). Morpheus imprisoned one of Hell's most powerful demons with a thought. Compared to Lucifer, the Endless, the Living Tribunal, and a good number of other characters, Godzilla simply is not impressive.

Superheros on the larger scale, example might be phoenix, that can destroy worlds, could defeat Godzilla. Some of the heros mentioned like Superman or Silver Surfer, I doubt could defeat him on a solo basis. As I mentioned before, if by example, superman flew as fast as he could and actually flew through Godzilla (say like a bullet) I dont think that would be enough. Godzilla does heal (fact) and Superman flying through him (even through the heart) would be the equivalent of a BB hole. Probably not enough. I really dont know though. Until somebody writes the book, nobody will know.

Godzilla got beat by ORDINARY PEOPLE attacking him with very ORDINARY weapons.
Cyclops would take Godzilla down, he's just a big lizard - Cyclops'd just cut him down like a tree.
Wolverine would plunge his claws into his brain.
Superman would melt Godzillas eyeballs with his laser vision, and kick him in the behind like a grown-up game of blind mans bluff.
Xavier would control Zillas simple mind and make him do the cha cha.
Magneto would just launch huge metal spikes into Godzilla.
The Hulk would just beat Godzillas over-grown lizard carcass senseless. Seriously, Godzilla has no powers other than being a freakin huge lizard that can breathe not-so-hot-by-superhero-standards flame. The Hulk would bash his skull to bits. Even if Hulk did get stepped on, we could debate FOREVER on whether or not Hulk could survive - my estimate is that Hulk would survive a stompin.
When ordinary missiles beat Godzilla - I think The Hulk could easily whup him.
That's MY opinion - and please remember that these are all opinions. There is no FACT with these things. Godzilla could easily whup Galactus if the crossover writer decided so. It's just a bit of fun - don't forget.

Godizlla is just a big lizard? Right... Godzilla cant be mind controlled, not the new one at least, BECAUSE HES STUPID. All he does is destroy, after he killed Orga, he deliberatly stood there, destroying the town, he litterily made buildings distinegrate on the spot from his heat breath being so hot.
There are plenty of super-heroes who could defeat godzilla, BUT NOT WITHOUT A FIGHT, godzilla is very very very powerful, hes the equivalent of... a few super-mans superhero wise, he is very power, and im curis to just how well he WOULD stand up to them, I doubt they could take him down easily, even galactus or the living tribunal, they would have a very hard time at him. By the way, Godzilla isnt just a big lizard, if cyclops tried to cut him down, his laser eyes would glide over godzilla's hide, because his G-cells can repair at .02 seconds from laser. Laser doesnt even effect him! He has super resistance, did you guys read my post about him up top?Wolverine would put his claws in his brain? Wolverine wouldnt get his admantium through an inch of his hide, then the G-cells would reapir around his admantium, and HED BEEN IN FOR A TREAT with his claws stuck in the giant head of godzilla.
Also, Godzilla's eyes have protective coverings, as he prooved in Godzilla VS mechagodzilla, when King seeser shot a super beam into his eyes, it hardly made him blink, he roared real loud though and rubbed his eyes.
Xavier couldnt control godzilla's mind because it is to simple, Godzilla cant really be controlled, his mind doesnt work like a normal being's, hes a dragon and a dinosaur mutated together by some nuclear fusion.
If Magneto could control metal strong enough to go through godzilla's skin, Kudos! Then that would mean magneto is stronger than all the other villains and heroes, because godzilla's skin can resist WAY over 500,000 pounds of pressure PER square inch.
And his G-cells heal him so quickly if Magneto didnt launch it into him at near the speed of light, as soon as it entered it would be projected back out as his cells healed the opening back.
