Punisher with infinite amount of prep still loses. Bombs or bullets can do no damage to GR. Maybe Angel-Punisher could beat Ghost Rider, but it still leans toward GR.

Punisher after he was ressurected and given part of the essence of the angel Gabriel. He had superhuman strength and endurance (he got stabbed through the chest with a steel beam like they use in construction and pulled it out with one hand and shrugged off the damage), the ability to pull any weapon he could imagine out of his coat, all with unlimited ammo and imbued with angelic magic, and heightened senses. Its the guy on the left on my sig.

It was from an off-shoot of Punisher Volume 2 called Pergatory, and their was also a mini-arc co-starring Wolverine called Revelation. Technically it is canon, because the Punisher himself mentions it in volume 3 (the beginning of the Ennis run).
