Hmmm...I'd say deathstroke wins 6/10 times.
He's just as good a tactician as Batman, has much better reflexes, and almost as many gadgets.
It will always be an awesome fight everytime though.
Too bad it looks like Green Arrow is about to beat down Deathstroke.

I heard about one comic where Deathstroke hammers batman again but batman gets the win by booting deathstroke off a building.
