Dude, the only way to defelct Omega Beams arre by outpowering it.......... has been done by Supez with Heat Vision (note: Supez can defrost an entire planet with his eyes)

We're not underestimating Apocalypse, your just SEVERLY overestimating him. A full-powered Darkseid (not the avatar but the actual Darkseid) is on Galactus' level of power. Apocalypse won't even be able to touch Darkseid.
