there is no answer because its not a factor in the story.
its just a system for fight choreographing and a was to
explain to NG who is supposed to fight better/worse than who.
this way, when anakin fights obiwan, NG knows that anakin is
supposed to have the clear upper hand, just as mace is supposed
to have the clear upper hand over palps. it has nothing to do
with the story at all, thus the fact that its not IN the story.
you frikin fanboys are IMPOSSIBLE. you want to see some hidden
plot when there clearly is none and when someone informs you of that
you scream and cry and pound your fists on the floor like a babies.
You got your answer, just because it isnt the answer you wanted to hear doesnt make it the wrong answer. Like everyone has said it was a term coined by NG. Now just accept it and move on already.
