The One Above All killed the Beyonder.

Reasoning:

TOAA is often said to represent the company of Marvel.

The company decided Beyonder was too powerful and needed to get rid of him, so they retconned him to be weaker.

Therefore, TOAA defeated the Beyonder.

Nice reasoning, it's like saying TOAA has killed every character that've been killed.
So Thanos havent killed a single being, he's as innocent as a lamb.

Yes, they were killed by Thanos and such, but because TOAA created Thanos (or at least created the beings that created the beings that created the beings that created....etc. Thanos), then he is ultimately responsible
