Given some prep time Cannonball can extend his shield to cover his teammates. They will then be "immune" to Superman's punches since Cannonball barely felt Gladiator's strongest punch through his shield when they fought.

Cannonball's field only works while he is moving correct? As he is utterly killed when flash stops all kinetic motion and his field drops.
