Annihilus wins this battle. He is just to much here for Darkseid. He survives a three star system destroying blast from Galactus and would have beaten Nova if not for the interference and the quantum band steal. He was also weak from big G's blast.

Or he Mind rapes him like he did to all of the new Gods. Or he dumps him in unescapable alternating realities like he did Mister Miracle. Hell, He could turn him into a child. Wipe him out.
