WTF are you talking about Havoc. Both Cable and Magneto run the risk of expediting their powers, in a clash with one another. That’s only due to their human limitation. The burn out Cable talks about, is the short amount of time he has, before his body degrades itself until it reaches critical mass.

Cable/Magneto battle goes one way. Man, half-made of metal loses to the Master of Magnetism. Magneto can just reactivate TO virus and cripple Cable's TK/TP. Then take him apart.
Pietro utterly trashed Bennet in 'Siege on Wundagore' storyline (his own series/Heroes for hire crossover). He was too fast for Bennet to get a TP/TK fix for him, and when Exodus did omnidirectional blast... well, Pietro just run 3 miles away. And then returned and KOd him.
It was in the Quicksilver Series #12 I think?? Anyway Exodus was telepathically fighting/beating the Eternal Thena while fighting an Isoptope E boosted Pietro there.
