I would say ion because ION should be galactus level but after the superboy prime incident i'm going to say WWH because of spite. Yeap ion may have every reason to win for many reasons but hulk wins because yat is a pussy.

isn't ion suppost to be omnipotant i know gal is strong but he's not that strong. Didn't Ion also recreat the centeral power battery now I don't care how powerfull people make Gal out to be he's not that powerfull.
