Maximus once said that he could mentally affect the thinking of all Inhumans but Black Bolt, whose completely immune.

And I don't know if I've ever seen Black Bolt controlled simply by telepathy. It's possible though, but all I've ever heard is hearsay... I dunno what was telepathy and what wasn't.

So, until further notice, my opinion is Black Bolt ftw.

Problem is, Cable did so on a far greater scale. Personally, I never seen BB restore entire structures the instant they where vaporized. The only way I see Black Bolt win this match, is if Cable runs out of juice. Do you think Black Bolt will push, Cable to work his powers to burn as fast as they can like Silver Surfer did?�with out Black Bolt exposing himself to imminent harm. Keep in mind, that this is a rested Cable not performing his world level TK/TP 24/7, nor is he multitasking, while he piggy back rides a floating island.

I understand that Cable is a very powerful TK user. No shit.

That being said, I'm still waiting on an argument that can't be thrown right back in Cable's face.

How does Cable counteract a scream? Having the electron pathway between his brain and nerves disconnected?

And the fact that it was Surfer means little, as he was hardly pushing himself. Not to his high herald capacity.

Blackbolt has shut down mini black holes so restoring structures ain't that impressive.

Also, keep in mind his mere whisper has put down Hulk level characters. If actually screams, and I mean a full out scream, Cable's gonna be ****ed.

I dont think you get it, from the start of the fight he could just **** with his brain with tk, then make sure his vocal cords dont make a movement.

Nobody said countering balck holes weren�t impressive. What I did say is BB matter manipulating feats pale in comparison to Cables. But for a person who can pick you apart atom by atom, and I mean atom by atom, chances are Black Bolt will be Fuc*ed if he doesn�t have sufficient power to counter it.

Ultimately who is wielding greater power among the two again?

Seriously, I doubt it. The moment this match starts, I see him getting smashed like the Surfers board. World level TK, on an atomic level tends to end matches like this with out the speed blitz advantage.

Oh interesting, vary informative.

Well there is no statement, Cable was shown reforming structures the instant they ware vaporized. And again there is no statement, Cable was shown turning a human into a its version of batman.

However what was stated, by Rachael Summers. Was that he holds the power to extinguish stars, and pull planets out of its orbit. I am not saying he did or done so, but it was stated. In betweens statements and feats, somewhere along the lines one character has shown me greater, more consistent ability, to manipulate the atoms themselves.

Ultimately that character is who I give the advantage to, am I wrong for picking such character as the winner?

I don't think you get the rules. Both characters don't act until the bell rings. So BB can mess with the electron in Cable head soon as the bell rings.
