He's right, B, It's known.

Evidently, the amount of power that's allowed to pass through a certain rift
that literally creates CCUs, is the same in all occurrences,
therefore making the energy withIN each Cube, equal.

Here's a really good on panel description of how it all works:

Here's the Handbook CCU bio excerpt:

Here's the LT stating that
Cosmic Cubes are a minute bit of energy from the BeyonderS' Universe,
he doesn't make any distinction between one or another.

Although this is a fact,
harnessing the Cube fully or not, is up to the individual's will.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but all of the comic panels came before the appearance of alternate universe cubes, did they not?

I'm not too sure to be honest, but what difference does that make B?

The bio is from 2006, if you want the entire bio I can give you that,
but you'll find no distinction being stated anywhere.

It doesn't matter where the Cubes are from,
as the panels state, which coincides with the bio, and with what LT said,
the Cubes are only a Containment Unit for a minute portion of the BeyonderS' power,
the BeyonderS don't slip in more energy in one place than another,
at-least there's no proof of that, that I know of,
and the bio definitely doesn't mention that.

So regardless of where you're at,
the same amount of energy slips through and into a Containment Unit every 32 years.

Hence, they're all equal.

The difference lies in the will of the wielder,
which is why the Goddess with 30 CCU's wasn't all that,
(clever she was, but will power was weak)
which is why she was trying to combine the will of everyone in the Universe,
in order to destroy the entire infinite Multiverse.
