The conversation bit doesn't really make sense if it isn't simply a relay of telepathic non-speak like shown in the scan...

Unless Elektra is also capable of thinking whole thoughts faster than SHIELD agents' eyes can perceive her presence.

Elektra is capable of annihilating groups of armed men faster than most can percieve her presence. Talking is a joke, lol.
