Most of the fight was actually off-panel while other characters were fighting, but from what we see Grimm remains in control of the fight pretty much the whole time(even with some help from a fake Cyclops)...

Galactus Vs Demogorge, LIVE AND IN PERSON.

work makes me suicidal, might as well go out watching something of such transcendant power. How far away I would have to be, in order to bring Galactus fully into view is one to ponder... maybe a few planets away? ... confused
