Brick with no flight and no ranged abilities even though as skilled as he is should still lose against anyone with flight and ranged. This is like a fight between sword/shield vs machine gun/elevated platform machine guns wins everytime.
Will take time in this part as Cap will dance around and block the ranged attacks. But the result is inevitable.
Also, Cap CANNOT throw the shield fast enough to tag Supes. It doesn't travel that fast.
However, with CIS on, Supes fights H2H (and if he doesn't use any of his exotic powers) and gives Cap maybe a win or two at best.
superman doesnt fight like that. its in the forum rules, the person fights with his usaual fight ways(you cant say he stays in the air and blast him if the character never even does that), and superman usually engages in h2h even if the person cant fly
I think Supes will try to punch Cap in the face i mean thats basically what he does every time he sees a enemy. But once he finds out he is just getting owned supes might back off and play smarter.
Cap can get a couple of wins but if supes keeps his distance Supes takes it decisively.
