I know I thought GG was awsome at that time as well, but Lucas clearly decided to tone down how tough he was after that.

I mean lets face it Obi-Wan wuld'nt stand much of a chance against 3 council members but he's tooled GG twice. And neither would Kit Fisto for that matter whose also tooled GG.

In any case Ki- Adi-Mundi admits in the next episode they were already exhausted before that fight with GG.

Ok maybe TOOLED is a strong word.. But anyone can see he was winning.. He even disarmed GG off one of his Sabers, then started going teras kasi on him.

And Fisto only ran when he was surrounded by magnaguards.
