Punisher or Ares. Ares would have to get used to fighting without crazy durability also Frank won't fight fair. 55/45 split in favor of punisher between Ares and Frank. If this was a free for all then Frank for sure. Ares would tire himself out while Frank plays keep away until Ares has nothing in the tank and has stomped Thanos and Adam . Frank will have cleaned up Tenebrous by then if he's normal size.
