IMO she is high Herald just like Black Bolt. She was holding back while fighting a Superman that was going all out.AND he was amped. She then stalemate Amazo... an Amazo who took out the JLA. She also stalemated an amped Konvikt and a weaker version of Konvikt was crushing the JLA.
