Okay. Troll Talk aside. It will come down to a 'Who Sees Who First' kind of thing. Even still, Voldemort is... well... Evil. He is the type to rather watch your face as he kills you and even if he was trying to be sneaky, saying 'Avada Kadava' would be a dead give away for McClane to gtfo of the way. The way I see it is like this...
Voldemort comes around the Corner and sees McClanes back. Voldemort shouts out 'Avada-' McClane rolls to the side and turns mid roll to come to a stop with his gun pointed at Voldemort who is still mid spell. McClane shoots him in the head.
No he isn't, he once claimed that Harry had zero wins over Tom through-out the first several books/movies.
