Half an afternoon of training and Link can out sumowrestle masters.
The first time he picks up a sword he can go toe to toe with elite knights, and learns complicated sword maneuvers after performing them once.
He has mastered several magical artifacts with absolutely no training whatsoever, including magic wands and staves such as the Fire and Ice rods, the Canes of Somaria, Byrna, and Pacci, not to mention Din's Fire, Nayru's Love, and Farore's Wind. He's learned the Bombos, Ether, and Quake spells with their respective medallions.
Link's instant expert tendencies are a known ability of his. He clears this easily.
The first time he picked up a bow he could outshoot people who've used them for years. Again, one practice session with a sword and he can wreck elite soldiers.
Because inhumanly quick skill gain is a thing Link does. It's no surprise that he can someone in a sword fight when he masters it within seconds of picking it up.
So yeah, based on all the magic Link has learned instantly before, it won't take him long to get better at magic than Harry ever was. Maybe better than Voldemort, who knows.
The only thing I'm positive about is that Harry fails. OP states that Link keeps the Triforce of Courage, which will severely hinder Harry, if not stop him from being able to make any significant advancement in Hyrule.
It also ensures that Link winds up in Gryffindor. Assuming he makes it to year two, the sword of Gryffindor replaces a wand as his primary weapon.
Edit: Now that I think of it, taking the ToC outside of Hyrule would technically give Harry the win anyway, since Ganondorf won't be able to reach it and complete the Triforce.

It's a pyyrhic victory. Harry is screwed as to actively stopping 'dorf himself, but with a piece of the Triforce in Potterverse, he'll never achieve his ultimate goal.

You're right, I've made a terrible mistake. In which case I change the OP, TOcourage goes back to the sacred Realm waiting for Harry. And Link has to make do with his skills and natural physical awesomeness.
Since we take the average skill level of all players as canon (and considering most people who still play OoT are older now) Link still masters skills within minutes.
