He's one of the best, if not, the best Jedi Duelist in the mythos, right up there with Luke Skywalker and Yoda, but only as a duelist.

Its not just his feats, its his accolades.

Some of them have him ABOVE Yoda, such as claiming he's the best battlemaster in the order's history.

He isn't right up with them, kek. Yoda has much more accolades, that claim he is above Windu. His feats are also better, easily beating Dooku(Windu's equal) and statlemating/beating Sidious in Sabers.
But yeah, he is not so much less skilled than Yoda.
What I meant was, that his speed feats aren't much better than Fisto's.
