He is way above Danny in stats while the latter can only amp his striking power to superhuman-level and needs to concentrate to heal himself.
Spider-man is above everyone in stats and has the better chances to evade the attacks and neutralize people with his webs however Wolverine is the true warrior here when it comes to the fighting skills.
Wolverine is the more combat-oriented character imo with the best survival chances and the most lethal attacks. If he goes in a frenzy he can make a sashimi of his opponents.
The fight ended with Gorgon dodging IF's if punch, catching his arm and he was about to deliver the killing blow.

Danny has 1 stalemate against Shang, what else? The recent fight should prob not be counted, as Chi was mind-controlled, but feel free to bring it up... haven't read it yet.
Had the advantage in one encounter before that, too... when Blok saved X's ass...
In Thunderbolts. Marvel had nobody that could write one issue, so they made Rick Remender do it - and he made it into one big comedy about jobbing villains. Totally different from Diggle and Parker, who actually worked on the series for many months.

Anyway Wolverine is the most skilled here.
Danny only knows a mix of Kun Lun's kung-fu with a bit a street brawling, Logan mastered all techniques on Earth and Spider-man only knows the Spider-Fu.
That means he was bored out of his mind and less focused then a drunken Logan.. (Can Logan even get drunk? That hf must be a buzz killer..)
