I think I misunderstood/am misunderstanding your point. Are you putting Luke in the dirt because he deliberately holds back his power or because of his actual low showings?
I'm saying Luke is only DE Sidious level at his very best, e.g when he's storming Shimrra's palace or something, but not all the time. Whereas Valk's level is consistent across the board.

Sure. But all that line of thinking amounts to is for the opponent to pray Luke won't break out his full power. It's a redundant mindset. Luke can factually perform at DE Sheev's level whenever he wishes, so that's how he should be judged in my opinion.

Ahh. Was just asking given ILS’s comments about Luke’s jobbing. Realistically he’d probably go all out against the ‘Dark Man’, but I know character histories aren’t really supposed to factor into these debates.

Krayt vs Plagueis is an interesting fight. I don't see Krayt having an edge with the Force outside of Dark Transfer, which could be plausibly countered by Midichlorian Manip. If anything I'd give Plagueis the Force edge. As for a lightsaber fight Krayt may have a slight speed advantage and Plagueis a strength advantage. Krayt has more real feats of skill under his belt probably but Plagueis honestly rather impressed me with his ability to essentially go into the zone and defeat a superior duelist at will.
I can see him winning against Plagueis because he has more powerful TK and Lightning, plus he has dark transfer and is just more trained for using the force in a combative setting.
I don't think he'll be pulling decisive victories over anyone else, though.
Valkorion is more powerful in the force, both combatively and not. Krayt's a better lightsaber duelist, but Valk doesn't really deal with that. It would be a force-based fight, and Valk would win.
Knightfall Vader is more powerful in the Force and with lightsabers, though much more stupid, so Krayt might just win relying on Anakin's stupidity.
With Sidious, he could put up one hell of a fight, and defenitely leave the emperor in critical condition, but I don't think he could quite win.
He would lose to GM Luke. He could still put up a fight, but only the kind he did when fightning Kenobi on Tatooine. He would lose 10/10.
This is kind of a loss for Krayt, but not at all a loss for ILS. That respect thread defenitely pushed up hype for Krayt. He doesn't win against most of these guys, but just how much of a fight he's capable of putting on alone is ridiculously impressive.
