more like the ability to quickly calculate the trajectory of thrown objects as well as the probability of what attack your opponent will throw with their current physical condition/state of mind. I would've thought that was obvious.

So Warpath right.
The one who held off the Juggernaut in X-force 14 or 15.
Educated by the White Queen as a Hellion.
That's the one that pulls the knife out of your skull and say's I see through your eyes on my spirit days or would say something like that anyhow if writers give him a shot.

lol, cap has put the hulk on his ass. guess I wasn't being entirely clear. Cap's superior intelligence isn't simply limited to just being smarter that James. His ability to calculate trajectory has been life saving on numerous occasions and could very well make all the difference in this fight.
For example, if Warpath throws one of his knives at cap, does he know which direction it will bounce off of the shield? Does he know the probability of it hitting a fast moving target like Cap when he's prepared for it? What if cap throws his shield? Does James know the speed and trajectory that was used in the initial throw? Can he calculate when the shield will be making its return arc? Does he even know about how much wind resistance is acting against the shield? What if he tries to duck to avoid it on its return arc and it hits him on the back or in the legs because he couldn't properly calculate it? Can he do any of that while fighting a foe that has superior h2h skill?

One thing. Warpath was trained by the teleport kid himself Cable. They were reared by the ship known as Professor.
They managed to save parts of the ship.
Warpath may have better timeing abilities than Captain America as a result of Cable.
Also Magic the teleporter teleported his shield effortlessly.
If Captain America is vulnerable to teleportation Nightcrawler as well can probably take him down.

Well if Warpath was trained by a teleporter he could probably stop someone the same way a teleporter could stop someone.
Same thing as how Professor X trains his students to have strong telepathic shields and same way Nightcrawler stopped Hellion.
Not by teleporting of course but by being trained by a teleporter he could probably get around a shield.
Warpath was blatantly superior to red pill amped Nuke while Nuke had an anti-healing factor knife. After punching Nuke through a wall, Warpath also held a door closed against Nuke + several red pill amped Nuke clones.
Once Warpath engaged him again later, Nuke shot Warpath with propulsive ordnance to keep him away. Out of Logan, Sabes, and Deathstrike, Nuke chose to target Warpath.
Warpath had taken a red pill by this point, but Nuke was unaware. Nuke only knew Warpath was coming fo' dat ass, got scared, and basically needed outside equipment just to survive. Cap better watch himself here, or Warpath will play ping pong with Cap's head.

Yes, it was specified they amp your abilities. It's been inconsistent in the past but it seems writer intent was for it to be an amp. It was repeatedly stated it enhances your abilities.
