Not to mention that Chaos King was never depicted destroying a parallel universe.

Death Metal 4. Prime shattered 3 multiverses in a single punch. He is specifically stated to be able to shatter reality with punches.

Greg Pak Interview:
quote:
CosmicBookNews: Can you tell us a bit about the Chaos King? With the Silver Surfer and Galactus involved, he must pose a pretty big threat, more so than we have seen of him as Mikaboshi? (Chaos King being Mikaboshi‘s true form finally revealed?) Galactus is said to be from before the Big Bang. Does the Chaos King predate that and is that why Galactus takes notice?

Fred Van Lente: Yes, you are correct – According to Japanese mythology, Amatsu-Mikaboshi is the Void that pre-dated all existence. All existence, even the universe that Galactus originates from. In his original, Terran form, he laid waste to Olympus and killed Zeus in the ARES mini-series.

Since then, and his departure from Earth in Secret Invasion, he has taken over the realm of the Skrull gods and has been engorging himself on the pantheons of other alien races – including the Shi’ar, as seen in Assault on New Olympus. So he is more powerful than ever before – arguably, he’s the most dire threat the Marvel Universe has ever faced.

Greg Pak: Most supervillains want to rule the world, or maybe the universe. Not return all existence to the chaos and darkness that existed before creation itself. The Chaos King is a whole new kind of threat.

Oh, and from Chaos War #5 that you so conveniently left out:
(please log in to view the image)

The entire run it was described, painfully so, on many different occasions, that the Chaos King destroyed the Multiverse/Creation/All Reality/All existence etc. ad nauseum.

P.S. The only reason Hercules was depowered was because he was still injured/drained from his fight. If he had waited, he'd have been fine apparently, making him even more OP than I remember:

Prime wins because you like him more, that's cool. Your feelings are more important than feats, I agree. thumb up

Like I said, show one alternate universe Mikaboshi destroyed. Just one.

The recap itself says that they are evacuating the universe.

Not the multiverse.

The recap is meaningless compared to in-comic confirmation. The recap also said creation/reality/end of all things multiple times, but I didn't post it for a reason. In-comic confirmation:
(please log in to view the image)

UniverseS --> We know Pak therefore is not an idiot, and when he says reality, he means all Universes.

Greg Pak in an interview clarified it was all of creation. /discussion

P.S. It's true, that Universe and reality might be used interchangeably sometimes, but that's okay. We can have some back and forth. We can even tally every time Multiverse/Creation/Reality was used and the word Universe was used.

But that would be pretty stupid and time consuming.

Before you start, breaking antennas does not destroy universes. Lanterns did it in Multiverse's end.

Maybe he is an idiot if he wrote Incredible Hulks 621 which states in plain words that Hercules restored only universe.

There are other sources as well.

Herc says that he restored "the universe":

Handbooks confirmation about CK being universal:

Chaos King Scope: "Universal"

Except it really isn't. No alternate universe was shown as destroyed. Only other gods' pocket universes were destroyed.

Also, you're giving SBP a win over potential feats he might accomplish?....

Hercules is many times more powerful than Odin or Galactus.

Have you ever heard of a glass Canon?
What would prevent Hercules from being koed by several massive punches?

The problem is Marvel often likes to use the term multiverse and universe interchangably for 616 with the excuse of its subrealms, pocket dimensions, and higher and lower dimensions like Asgard and whatnot.

Do we have proof of other universes being involved beyond that, or just a couple character claims?

Also, Prime's new feats put a stamp on this.

What good is it that I can restore multiverses yet get killed by a bullet? Power of influence has nothing to do with durability.
Hercules may be more durable than normal but by how much is speculation. Without feats, prime should one shot him.
