No idea when the T'challa think happened, but you must have seen the scans. Pressure points dropped him. The fight with Danny was under Remender.
He actually did use an IF, but most of the damage was unamped strikes. If that doesn't work for you, I point to the Wrecking Crew, with the ball and chain guy getting the only Iron Fist and everyone else being KO'd without it.

I only saw the scans. Regardless, Cage was clearly hurt by pressure points. Cage can walk away from a train wreck unscathed.

And I mean, how many times has Matt fought Tombstone or Namor? Lady Shiva, she knocks down Supergirl ffs. Ditto Cap and Spidey taking down Rhino and Hulk.

depends, normal people regularly survive train wrecks, seat position, point of impact roll of carriage, what absorbs face before it gets to passenger etc... etc... too many variables.
Not to mention comics don't follow physics, a well worn example is the fact Hulk gets pierced by bullets yet shrugs off hammer strikes from Mjolnir.
