Are you asking if Deadpool can be KOed, or asking if a KO counts as a win?
Wasn't he cracking jokes after being eaten up and shat out by Cable, or something?
He was basically a puddle, going "So, what's up?" Hard to imagine being able to KO someone like that.
Only examples I can think of where he was "KOed", are from Daniel Way (So not the best example), and when he was decapitated against the Dark Avengers. And I'd bet money he wasn't even KOed then, but playing dead until Taskmaster sewed his head back on.
