I personally hate the entire series outside of Itachi, Ino and Haku, but don't let my opinion deter you. It's hard for a new anime to grab me, I'm more of an old school type of guy. If you want an unbiased opinion then ask Naija Boy, Psycho Gundam or Bentley.

Not necessarily. It took Ginyu a while before he could tap into Goku's powers. I can see him doing it on Silver Surfer (assuming he could tag Surfer with it) and taking days to learn how to use even a tenth of the Surfer's full power.

Even then its not like Goku even tried to dodge it and in another occasion they were able to block the beam with a hand-thrown frog.

Isn't Ginyu's body swap thing akin to Ino's from 'Naruto', in that in only travels in a straight line?... that shit backfired and he ended up a frog, lol.

Anyone with TP would be a horrible match for Ginyu.
