Actually, as a fan of both univers (I'm an uber geek, I guess?), and the fact that I actually KNOW both characters indept, I'd go with Deadpool.
Let's say in the offchance that Boba Fett does take flight, you forget Deadpool is VERY acrobatic and able when he wants to be. He's proven this, he's fought Wolverine, Spiderman, Cable, even the avengers(most of whom can take high distances quite easily), and has actually won.
As far as taking lazers? He has the ability to DODGE them. He's done it in his comic series multiple times. Now onto a rocket launcher. While rocket's are VERY effective against people..once again, Deadpool can move VERY fast. He has super speed, (as in..spiderman, not as in quicksilver.) super reaction time, and is VERY flexible and durable.
He's actually had a rocket hit in the same ROOM of a building as him, and the whole building collapsed..and he stood up, and wiped the dust off himself.
Poisonous darts? Wouldn't work. They had to shoot him with 25 elephant tranquilizers to put him out for about 30 minutes.
Not to mention, Deadpools movements are unpredictable, even to a professional bounty hunter like fett. Why you ask? Taskmaster defeated most of the avengers, and ALOT of heroes because he could copy their moves. He couldn't beat Deadpool, because his movements were too odd.
Also, whoever said his healing couldn't regenerate limbs anymore is wrong. Even in the newer comics, he has had his WHOLE CHEST ripped through, and his arm almost torn off, and he was still standing, talking, walking, etc.
Also, Boba Fett's armor is not impentrable. If you read the books, Han Solo actually punctured his armor with a dl-44 blaster. Which, while powerful, is definately not the STRONGEST weapon. Deadpool carries stronger weapons. The way his armor works by the way, is by taking wherever the LASER hits, and instead of just absorbing the damage, it dissipates it and spreads it equally throughout the armor..and it ONLY works with lasers. Bullets would puncture it.
Hands down I'd give it to Deadpool, and anyone who refutes, I'll refute back. In an intelligible manner, of course.
So why did Wizard pick Boba Fett? The same reason Robin can kill say...darksied in the same things. It's less about facts, and more about geeky nostalgia, and popularity.
Deadpool has a cult following..but that's it, a CULT FOLLOWING. Starwars is world wide popularity.
This is the end of my long and overwinded explination. ;p
