Saturday I bought Ghost in the Shell & this other anime about these three girls with powers. Before that I got Akira, pretty good not not that great but for £6.99 I suppose it isn't bad.
I watched Ghost in the Shell & it is the most rubbish thing I have ever watched! Well it was sort of okay but super confusing & storyline was like confusing me all the way! It was a film. If someone would explain what's actually going on in that film then gladly say so please...
I've started rading Naruto the manga, borrowed fro a mate & it's good. Where can I get the anime though? Thank you.

right now all you can do is get it off the internet...e-bay works fine if you want cheap...the anime hasn't been released in the USA yet either...only airing right now...
im pretty new to the whole anime and manga thing but am not doing too badly
ihvae the whole manga series of FAKE, same with Wolfs Rain, up to no. 9 of D.N.Angel (except no3) and a couple of chronocrusade and one called by the sword (which incidently is by the the same person who did fake for anyone who is interested.
in anime i have all of fruits basket, the first 4 discs of wolfs rain, all but the last of chrono crusade, all of gravi, first disc of D.N.Angel, and the first of get backers.
i love them all !!!!!!!!!!
i have heard good thing about Hellsing but havnt gotten around to it yet.
if anybody has some suggestions about anime or manga i would really appreciate it or know a website i can go to to get synopsis or whatever.
i did see a manga called yellow in a shop which looked along the same lines as fake but i was a bit wary about getting it as it was sealed and i couldnt flick through.
does any one know if it is any good or not worth getting.

I say you should buy from ebay, it'll save you alot money when it comes to buying boxsets and such (though theyre chinese imports, but still good)
Do you have a highspeed connection? If you do then I recommend that you download some anime and manga, mainly ones that havent been licensed yet. Ouran High School Host Club is really good!!! I recommend both the manga and anime. The anime is being fansubbed, so if you want to watch it, ill upload the link for you. You read FAKE, so I'm guessing you're ok w/ yaoi/shounen-ai, then I recommend Gravitation, I thnk the manga is better than the anime. ummm well theres lots....lol if you really are interested in downloading, I can hook you up and get you started.
I don't have a fast connection, but really think we should because so cheap & make me go through stuff in half the time!
Isn't Naruot just available in manga? The anime is not out yet is it (it maybe be in USA but I'm in Britain so we'll probably be the last to get anything, as usual... )
I have also bought the manga Demon Diary...very good, I like it! Dragon's Knight is also one I got, good too, but Demon Diary better!

Yup!!! And you'll be able to do alot more! And save money too of course! ummm Naruto is out. In the US there have been 3 dvd volumes released and it airs here as well. Its a VERY long series so I don't suggest buying them in volumes. Buy them subbed cuz the dubbed version sucks!!! Actually I havent really been keeping up w/ the series, I just wait till theyre available on dvd so I dont download em and waste space on my computer. I own 183 episodes, the ovas, and the movie, it cost me $50.00! (i thnk the highest price you'll find are around $115-$130) Ofcourse its import, but I don't mind. Best place I think to buy it is from ebay, but since u live in the UK I wonder if youll be able to find ppl that sell in ur area or country. And if you do buy from ebay, make sure you know from where your buying sometimes youll see cheaper prices if you buy from Hong Kong, but then it takes like a month to arrive.
If I get them from America, then that should be fine. I do use ebay so I'll have a lot. My area sells anime/manga but not Naruto, I could ask though if some will come in.

You should try out Cowboy Bebop if anything and all of the Studio Ghibli films they're by far some of the better choices for beginner anime also if ur into gaming then try out Final Fantasy7-11.
