Moon Knight has bank but he sold off much of his fortune. In the last issue of hi series he still owned a small business that when it went public would make him rich again. Still not high on the level though.
For Marvel, in terms of personal wealth I gotta say Tony. He lost some of his billions prior to Dissassembled but during Civil War he's gotten some serious bank. He, Reed and Hank due to civil war are probably some of the richest in Marvel.
In DC its Bruce Wayne. Come on, he bought Lexcorp. Next up I think I'll say Green Arrow. He had lost his fortune, but swung couple of weapon manufactorers and built his fortune even greater than before
Aunt May
She's secertly got Trillions in secert pre WWII bonds and is just saving them for when they are really needed or when she dies and gives it all to Peter making him the richest spider in the world.

Why would Reed be richer than Batman or Tony? I mean thats what they are known for. Being really smart rich guys. NO WAY he's richer than Tony or Bruce.

Wait a sec. He didn't say they were richer, he said in terms of personal wealth. Wayne's money is Wayne Enterprises. Same with Stark. Namor's money is technically the treasury of Atlantis. It's a little screwy to disregard the money from the corporations especially in Stark's case since he built almost all of his own technology.
To the list. Well..... It's pretty much settled that Scrooge is the Saudi Royal Family of Rich guys in comics. I'm going to disregard Heads of state like Doom and Namor, given that a country has far higher resources than a corporation. Santa's wealth is too much of a grey area, plus he's magic, so let's not count him. Ra's Al Ghul at his peak did dwarf Wayne Enterprises. But by the time Nyssa took over, about half the money was gone. Stark and Luthor were pretty much tied, but Luthor's impeachment and subsequent destruction of LEX corp puts Stark far above him. I can't comment on Reed, since I have no idea how many patents he's sold off. but I'm sure he's up there.
you'd really think Vandal Savage would be high up on this list, but he's something of a hermit and he doesn't seem to care about money. Same with Apocalypse. Selene's pretty rich, maybe more than Reed. She's among the oldest mutants in existence. I'm sure whoever the Lord Imperial of the hellfire club is, he's ****ing loaded.

25% of the total company is near Bill Gates difference. cause Johnny gets his 25% too. and that leaves reed and Sue with 50% And i mean considering what wayne industries is worth and the fact that it owns lexcorp i'd say that's little to what bruce owns as he actually owns more that 50% of his company.

Hadrian from the new Wildcats series runs Halo Corporation which is valued at $3 trillion. His personal fortune is only $500 billion though. What a hobo.
