Nope. I like Surfer and hate Superman, but All-Star Superman is leagues above Surfer. A few punches would cave Surfer's face in, and on top of that, Surfer's usual advantage over Supes, the Kryptonite and Red Sun weaknesses, are useless here because All-Star Supes isnt weak to them.

By the time he did it, All-Star Superman would have already knocked his ass out 10 times over. And i dont even know if he could suck it all out considering Superman had so much solar energy in him it was killing him slowly as a side effect.

Please remeber that the minds of Galactus, the Heralds, and the Sentinels are basically fuctioning as 1.
