What does that matter when the person you're facing trumps you in both those catagories.
Lets recap. Spidey is Faster, 10xstronger, more agile and has precog, webbing (which Slade can't break) and probably a bft durability advantage. But slade wins

Anyone considered on the level of the people above, NONE of them are beating Spider-man for a majority on a forum battle. Thats NO high street/low superhuman not in possesion of a mutant/special offensive ability is beating spiderman. Ofcourse there are exceptions..but Deathstroke isnt one of them.
just to clarify also, I wasn't trying to bait or anything. actually I agree with 90% of your posts in these threads. Just wondering about your opinion.
The exception you mention above could be Iron Fist. any others?

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.

Spider-Man 7/10. Deathstroke's dangerous, but Spider-Man's, well, Spider-Man. He's much faster, stronger, and while he isn't as skilled at hand to hand combat, Spidey's quick wit and skills with his individual abilities makes him a force to be reckoned with.
the only reason spidey has had trouble is b/c one he is cap massive jobbing aura..
but also cap has studied parker in detail, cap is enhanced plus parker worships the guy where he would drop trou for him.. massive CIS effecting parker.
not the same problem when facing DS plus cap has added protection of the shield.
a psycho parker or Cap disguised as taskmaster and parker would light him up if marvel allowed it.
Midnighter would definitely beat Spidey for a majority. His tactical computer and enhancements make it so that if he can theoretically beat an opponent he WILL beat that opponent. Spidey simply isn't powerful enough to beat Midnighter for the majority.
