3. Darth Bane - there is no reason to describe this match, if Maul can't beat Bane (he can) then Bane automatically wins the tournament.

No, it's fine. I just don't think of it like that, but I can definitely see what you mean here and why someone might think that.
...Okay? This may apply to krayt dragon vs. a human, but certainly not any battle in this thread.
Although I think he would win anyways, I believe he can still be KO'd. Which would count in defeat.
