Omega has no chance of taking on the entirety of the Sinestro Corps. A 100 Corps members could channel their power to create a powerful Construct to take Omega.
And Omega isn't twice as powerful as Galactus nothing suggests such a thing. Warrior could break a few constructs but the concerted efforts of 5 or so Corps members could take him.
The SC will take a beating but it will be to a minimal degree against the Thanosi.
The Sinestro Corps are a force of universal conquest, the Thanosi aren't taking them and Sinestro won't be expending anything more than a fraction of his forces taking the Thanosi. The nature of the power rings as such that Sinestro would have the overwhelming advantage.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't 1 Guardian = 100 GLs? In which case Omega would be far, far, far superior to 100 SC members. Not only that, but individual killers like SC members are NOT going to work together like that. It's not in character.

I don't think you understand. Warrior has Gladiator's powerset. Gladiator is a Superman clone. He's also four times stronger than Thanos. Which means he's a slightly upgraded version of Superman. I'd say he can take out many more than just 5.
SC would win, without question. But their numbers would be depleted.

Thanos doesnt need all these superpowered beings to accomplish this kind of thing. Thanos has sent out clones who have threatened asgard before and all of reality. Thanos accomplishes more with less manpower. Thanos clones would decimate the gl corps.
What madness!!!? I demand scans of Thanos taking on anyone as remotely sinister as that mustache. Give me scans of him fighting someone as diabolical Quan. With that powerful mustache he could dress Thanos up as a damsel and tie him to a railroad track.

Yeah I thought that pretty much gave off the impression I wasn't serious about Sinestro winning. It's ok though, I've missed a few points in posts I've read in the past. (no sarcasm)
While he's gotten a lot more respectable in the last couple of years...he isn't Thanos level.
