No, Kory isn't that strong -- that relative perception comes from her having become much stronger (she used to have the strength of 10 normal men back in the 80's; now she's around 70-75 tons), and from her having been stronger than Wonder Girl (Cassie) for a long time. Now that Cassie's strength increased a few years ago (to legitimate 100+), some people still hold the mistaken view that Kory is still stronger, but it's Cass who's stronger now. And Donna is stronger than both of them put together, as her strength has largely stayed an order of magnitude greater than Kory's, though Kory still has the edge in weapon/HtH skills, over both of them (though not as much as she used to).
