Heres a Daredevil one no billy clubs.....now ignore the insane fall(that's a feat for itself) and once DD touches down and ninja jumps to another building. The art work is hella nice. Now if its the building that's straight down from the carrier in the second image comparing it to the other building window. Looks like a 3 story height jump. IIRC that's about 36-40 feet jump.

Pre-Hell Upgrade Creeper deserves a mention. There was a scan of him on Comicvine making a vertical leap, with no jumping start, of at LEAST 5 or 6 stories high. It was from the 60s.
